Established in 1983, the Sanford Diabetes Center follows the national standards for diabetes patient education programs, and has been awarded recognition by the American Diabetes Association.

Sanford Diabetes Center takes a team approach in the care and treatment of patients with diabetes. The team includes you and your family, certified diabetes educators (nurses and dietitians), one board-certified endocrinologist and other healthcare professionals.
