At a time when health care costs are continuing to rise, Sanford is pleased to partner with employers to identify ways to reduce health care costs and improve employees' overall health. The Employee Wellness Program includes:

  • Online Personal Health Profiles for all employees. A unique user name allows employees access to their profiles for one full year.
  • Aggregate health profile (optional). The aggregate report will assess the highest risk areas among your employee group, provide assessment of the cost impact and strategies for improving the management of those risk factors.
  • Insurance claims review. Sanford providers will review your claims data and suggest wellness strategies that may reduce claims.
