A Team Approach

As patients recover from serious accidents or illnesses, their needs are many and varied. That's why a team approach is so important. Bringing together a network of specialists and a lay people with a variety of expertise, gives patients and their families the holistic care and support they need to let the healing process begin.

SERVICES

Inpatient Rehabilitation

Sanford inpatient rehabilitation is a 27 bed, private room, acute rehabilitation facility for adults and adolescents ages 14 and up. Located at Sanford South University Hospital, the inpatient rehabilitation team works together to help individuals return to their highest level of independent functioning.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

At Sanford Rehabilitation Services, our focus is on helping patients successfully return to the community. That return depends, in part, on a smooth transition from hospital to home, including the availability of outpatient rehabilitation services.
